Refund policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Each item is carefully created specifically for the customer, which is why cancellations are not possible after processing has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Once an order has shipped, it is considered in transit and cannot be canceled.
